Hole 1 - Par 4
BETWEEN THE PONDS Drone video Hole 1
Men - 338m Ladies - 338m
The ideal tee shot here is a fade, to aviod playing over a small hazard and around a tree. Slice it though, and your approach will have to carry the bunker at the front right of the green. Hit it straight and you risk negotiating trees on your approach.

Hole 2 - Par 3
THE CROSSING Drone Video Hole 2
Men - 160m Ladies - 131m
This par 3 is hitting over a dam to the newest green on the course. Accuracy is a must, unless you leave it short dead centre. Bunkers left and right on the front, and a tricky chip from any where else makes this a difficult up and down. Only very badly hit tee shots get what they deserve and end up in the water! |
 |
Hole 3 - Par 4
THE CURVE [LADIES- DUCK-N-DIVE] Drone Video Hole 3
Mens - 334m Ladies - 334m
A dog leg right means another fade will give you the ideal approach shot. The 2 tiered green is protected by 3 bunkers. The best place to miss this green is on the right. |
 |
Hole 4 - Par 4
DOWNHILL RACER Drone Video Hole 4
Mens - 285m Ladies - 285m
A deceptively tricky short par 4. The green is small and firm, making it difficult to stop the ball on it. Choosing the right length club from the tee to give you a full swing on an approach shot is always an option. Big hitters need to be careful of out of bounds on the left. |
|
Hole 5 - Par 3
THE BUNKER Drone Video Hole 5
Mens - 130m Ladies - 130m
A fairly straight forward par 3, provided you keep it straight, as there are trees left and out of bounds on the right. There is a small false front on the undulating green. |
 |
Hole 6 - Par 4
PIT STOP [LADIES- PENNY LANE] Drone Video Hole 6
Mens - 404m Ladies - 344m
Easily the toughest hole on the course. Requires a solid straight drive, and a middle to long iron appraoch, for all but the big hitters. The green is narrow and protected by a bunker on the right. |
 |
Hole 7 - Par 5
THE PINES ]LADIES- PINE GAP] Drone Video Hole 7
Mens - 440m Ladies - 368m
A short par 5 with a dog leg right. Big hitters can take on the trees on the corner, and if successful give themselves a chance at eagle with a short iron second shot. The rest of us can go for glory on the second shot, or sensibly, lay up and play for par. This hole has now been enhanced with a bunker wall around the existing bunker, making access for some, challenging. Until further notice, bunker is in play,AND, AREA AROUND WALL, IS DEFINED AS GUR, WITH PLASTIC TAPE. |
 |
Hole 8 - Par 5
HOUSING BOULEVARD [LADIES- DRIVE THE CORNER] Drone Video Hole 8
Mens - 488m Ladies - 433m
The longest hole on the course, is a dog leg left. A straight drive opening up the angle for the second shot is the ideal drive, although some have been known to stray left and take a shortcut back down 7. The shortest path to the hole is a straight line after all. Arrival on this green can see your ball run off into the bunker on the right. |
 |
Hole 9 - Par 4
RAIL TRAIL [LADIES- BUS STOP] Drone Video Hole 9
Mens - 320m Ladies - 258m
This short par 4 requires a straight drive because of the narrow shute from the tee to fairway. The green is shallow, with 3 bunkers protecting it, one front left and two on the right. Pin placement usually allows for the glory shot, or a safety first approach. |
 |
Hole 10 - Par 4
START AGAIN [LADIES-DAM PANIC]
Mens - 338m Ladies - 268m
A Straight tee shot here to aviod playing over a small hazard and around a tree. Slice it though, and your approach will have to carry the bunker at the front right of the green. Hit it straight and you risk negotiating trees on your approach. |
 |
Hole 11 - Par 3
LAKE LOWOOD
Mens - 125m Ladies - 125m
Again accuracy is the key on this green. The distance is in between clubs for many, making it tricky to negotiate. |
 |
Hole 12 - Par 4
THE BOOMERANG
Mens - 354m Ladies - 354m
A dog leg right means another fade will give you the ideal approach shot. The 2 tiered green is protected by 3 bunkers. The best place to miss this green is on the right. |
 |
Hole 13 - Par 4
DOWN THE BARREL [LADIES- ROAD BOUND]
Mens - 320m Ladies - 320m
A deceptivly tricky short par 4. The green is small and firm, making it difficult to stop the ball on it. Choosing the right length club from the tee to give you a full swing on an approach shot is always an option. Big hitters need to be careful of out of bounds on the left. |
 |
Hole 14 - Par 3
THE BEACH
Mens - 106m Ladies - 106m
A fairly straight forward par 3, provided you keep it straight, as there are trees left and out of bounds on the right. There is a small false front on the undulating green. |
 |
Hole 15 - Par 5
AMEN CORNER
Mens - 453m Ladies - 404m
Now a Par 5, with a sometimes tricky Tee off area. Requires a solid straight drive, and a middle to long iron appraoch, for all but the big hitters. The green is narrow and protected by a bunker on the right. |
 |
Hole 16 - Par 5
ALONG THE PINES
Mens - 473m Ladies - 430m
Plays similar to 7, although taking on the corner isn't an option. The ideal tee shot is on the left of the fairway, to open up the angle to the green. This hole has now been enhanced with a bunker wall, around the existing bunker, making access for some, challenging. Until further notice, bunker is in play, AND,AREA AROUND BUNKER IS DEFINED AS GUR, WITH PLASTIC TAPE |
|
Hole 17 - Par 4
THE GUMS [ LADIES-LAST CORNER]
Mens - 396m Ladies - 350m
This hole,is a slight dog leg left. A straight drive opening up the angle for the second shot is the ideal drive, although some have been known to stray left and take a shortcut back down 7. Arrival on this green can see your ball, run off into the bunker on the right. |
 |
Hole 18 - Par 4
HOMEWARD BOUND
Mens - 335m Ladies - 320m
A short dog leg left par 4 to finish. The ideal tee shot is a draw. A straight drive risks an approach hindered by trees. This should be a gimmie for a skilled left hander! |
